Constantin is involved with Strategic Asset Allocation, reflections on macro related opportunities and general key client focus at the Company in addition to his supervisory role. He is investment advisor to Cavamont Holdings and held the role of CEO and CIO of General Oriental Ltd, which is the Investment Advisor of Cavenham Group of funds. In addition, he is founding Partner of Diorasis International. He has over 41 years of experience in investment management in traditional and alternative asset classes. Mr. Papadimitriou received his bachelor's degree in Commercial Sciences from the University of Geneva in 1982 and his Master's Degree from the Institute of European Studies in 1987.

Konstantinos has over 43 years of experience in financial services in Geneva, having worked for Republic National Bank and its successor bank, HSBC, from 1988 to 2005 first as a Relationship Manager and later on as Managing Director. From 2005 to 2009, simultaneously with founding and managing CAPLAND SA, Konstantinos was COO of the CMA Group of Companies, a Fund of Hedge Funds that had approximately $3 billion under management across 13 funds. Konstantinos received his BA in Management and International Relations (1985) and his MA in Management (1987) from Webster University of St Louis in Geneva, Switzerland.

Lodewijk joined CAPLAND in 2022 as Head of Institutional Relationships and is a member of the Investment Committee. He brings over 35 years of experience in equity research/sales, fund selection, and client advisory. Ludo’s career stretches from Schroders and Goldman Sachs in London and New York to UBS in Geneva advising both institutional and private clients, followed by roles with Bruellan, Odey, and a multi-family office focused on hedge funds, equity strategies, and fund selection. He graduated from the European Business School in 1990.

Gregory serves as Head of Client Relationship Management at CAPLAND and brings over 11 years of experience within the firm. His responsibilities span client relationship management, portfolio construction, financial modelling, and technology development. He is actively involved in investment research and is a member of the Investment Committee. Gregory is also closely engaged in the research and operational aspects of the CAPLAND Alternatives Fund. He holds a BA in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from American University in Washington, D.C.

Marie-Elise is responsible for the compliance, operations and administration of the Company. She has over 29 years of experience in similar functions at a number of companies. She obtained a bachelor in Economics at the University of Geneva in 1995. Since then, she worked at Bank MultiCommercial, she then worked at Credit Suisse First Boston as a trading assistant following by a small family office in 2007 before joining the company in 2013.

Elsa joined CAPLAND in 2024 and serves as a Client Relationship Manager. She is responsible for the operational and administrative management of client portfolios and is an active member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining CAPLAND, she spent three years at Rothschild & Co in Marseille, where she supported private banking activities. Elsa holds a law degree from Aix-Marseille Université and a Master’s degree in Banking Law & Wealth Management.

Adi has been a client relationship manager with CAPLAND for the past 5 years, where his primary responsibilities are managing the relationship with the company’s digital asset-related clients. He is also the head of Trading for Altcoinomy SA, a sister company of CAPLAND, a Swiss financial intermediary focused on the digital asset industry. Prior to this, he was an associate with S. Horowitz & co., one of Israel’s premier law firms, where he focused on litigation law. Mr. Somech received his BA in Business Administration as well as his law degree from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya).

Olivier, also owner of Altcoinomy SA, is an active member of the Advisory Board of CAPLAND SA. He has over 24 years of experience in asset management, having been at MKS Finance, risk manager for exotic derivatives at JP Morgan in London and senior trader at JP Morgan in Geneva as well as a fixed income trader at Banque de Commerce & Placements. He is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s IT systems. Olivier received his Major in Mathematical and Computational Finance from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse.
